  9.  This list can be printed on most any printer in compressed print form. It is
  10. set up for 160 characters per line and 6 lines per inch, it can be printed on
  11. most wide carriage printer in Elite print. For Epson or IBM printers use 27,15
  12. or just 15 to set the printer to compressed print, but will fit if you can
  13. print at 20 characters per inch on narrow (8.5") paper.

  15.  Be sure to read the README.2ND file as it contains usefull information about
  16. the listing in it's present form. It is five pages long and needs to also be
  17. printed in a condensed form.

  19.  This list has grown to 47 pages so be sure to have enough paper on hand to
  20. print it all out.
